NEW Sig Sauer PRS Rifle

NEW Sig Sauer PRS Rifle

Today Sig Sauer lifts the cover on the new Cross PRS rifle. This new rifle is built for precision work which isn't shocking just by looking at the front of the gun. The barrel is a 24" heavy barrel which greatly contributes to its hefty overall weight of 14.5 pounds. Once you add your base and optic you're going to be leaning on the 20 pound mark with a full magazine so this probably won't be your backpacking rifle through the mountains, but for mostly stationary work or shooting from a bench this is something you should probably consider.

You have two calibers to choose from: .308 Win and 6.5 Creedmoor. Either would be a good option and it will likely come down to what ammunition you already have in your inventory, but if you don't have a 6.5 Creedmoor rifle this isn't a bad time to pick one up. We are hoping to see a .277 Fury version of the Cross PRS in the near future since that caliber is already offered on the standard Cross.

At the time of launch we have a limited number in stock on our website. Click HERE to view the .308 Win and HERE for the 6.5 Creedmoor. If you view the page and it shows out of stock you can sign up for in-stock notification alerts and we will notify you as soon as the next delivery arrives.
