Today SIG announced the new P320 X-Five DH3. This is not a copy-paste X-Five in Coyote tan. While the gun appears to be mechanically identical with the same trigger it does have a couple enhancements. The grip surfaces are treated with a silicon carbonite for additional grip. You can do something similar by throwing some grip tape on your grip however it proably won't look as nice and won't be as permamanet as this. The slide also has cuts for a bit of weight reduction. The slide and grip also have DH3 stampings.
I can see the color being a good option for people who shoot outdoors in hot/sunny environments. While I like the look of dark color guns they can really heat up in the summer when they're sitting on a bench as you reload and set up your targets. Regardless of color preference it's nice to see more diversity in the SIG lineup so we hope more of these new color and configurations continue to be released.
