Nighthawk Custom’s Drop-In Series mag release, lock and spring are a simple way to upgrade your 1911 pistol. Each part is Fully Machined™ from a solid 11L17 carbon steel billet and then blued, creating the highest quality parts on the market. Our mag release is designed to be 1/16” longer than a Colt-spec part, providing for an easier reach and more leverage when making mag changes. The mag release features 30 LPI checkering on the face for positive engagement. Whether used for competition shooting or everyday carry, save split seconds on your mag changes with an upgraded mag catch.
