Sig Sauer P365 Manual Safety Conversion Kit

This kit consists of everything you need to convert your P365 or P365XL to manual safety minus the grip. You can either purchase a grip by itself or notch/trim your existing grip.*

Installing the manual safety kit

*Note: These parts are fully compatible with the P365X-Macro FCU. You can use it on your X-Macro grip however you do need to trim additional material on the sides since the X-Macro grip is slightly wier in the rear. Additional trimming on the side of the grip is not necessary on P365 and P365XL grips.

If you have an issue after installation where the safety lever will not rotate, it may be that the detent pin needs to be rotated 90 degrees (inside the channel it sits in on the lever). The tip of the detent pin has a contour where it has flats and the flat sides need to ride against the contour of the frame. If it is turned 90 degrees opposite, the sharper end will prevent proper rotation of the safety lever. We will attempt to post some photos in the near future to better illustrate this.
