This Howa 1500 appears to be in functional condition and shows signs of normal use. This rifle has been placed in a Boyds wood stock and has a Nikko Stirling Diamond LR 4-16x50 scope mounted on top. Includes the original stock (see photos) and a Legacy Sports 10 round magazine. The rifle and both the Boyds stock and the original stock appears to be in great condition however the bolt can be a little stiff when pulling it backwards.
