This IWI Carmel appears to be in functional condition and shows signs of lite use. Mounted is a Holosun HS501C circle dot sight with a HM3X 3 times magnifier. Both do shows some signs of use unlike the firearm it self. This rifle comes with one 30 round magazine and the factory box.
