The M11-A1 is almost a hybrid between the P228 and P229 pistols. The P228 has a carbon steel slide while the P229 has a stainless steel slide. The M11-A1 has a stainless steel slide as well.
Sig Sauer announced the M11-A1 in late July, 2012.
Because the M11-A1 has full length slide serrations, a non-railed frame, and P228 two piece grips, we classified it in the P228 section.
The M11-A1 has a lot of great features including:
