Strength that doesn't announce itself. Hardened and heavy-duty, built for heat, volume, and sustained fire — the silencer that keeps running.
The Polite Society Fortitude 5.56 HD is the same five-inch platform as the Fortitude Ti, printed in Inconel 718 instead of titanium. That single change is aimed squarely at shooters whose rifles don't get a break: carbine courses, training days, competition strings, class-three hosts, anywhere a can heats up faster than it can shed the load.
Inconel 718 is a nickel-based superalloy that holds its strength at temperatures where lighter materials start to give up. In a suppressor, that translates to a can you can push hard through long strings without worrying about what the heat is doing to the core. At 11.50 ounces it is heavier than the titanium version — that weight is the price of the duty cycle, and it's the right trade for a high-round-count rifle.
Everything else carries over. Tripass Core Technology™ splits propellant gas across a central bore and two helical bypass channels into three expansion and mixing chambers, where counter-clockwise blades disrupt and cool it. The result is a substantial sound reduction that doesn't come with a backpressure tax — your gas gun still cycles the way it was designed to, with less blowback in the shooter's face and less carbon fouling the action. Acoustic Golfball Dimpling™ on the interior surfaces adds volume and deepens the tone, buying the acoustic benefit of roughly 1.5 additional inches of length without the length.
Mounting
HUB-compatible for use with standard third-party mounts, and supplied with a 1/2×28 HUB Mounted Brake™ — a 17-4 stainless direct-thread mount with an integrated flash hider that kills muzzle flash at the source. Hex drive for quick install and removal.
