This is an OEM Sig Sauer X-Fold Adapter Assembly. This part allows you to install a buffer tube on a MPX or MCX using the factory 1913 rail section on the rear of the firearm. On a MPX/MCX pistol you can install a pistol buffer tube and pistol brace while on a rifle you can install an AR15 buffer tube and stock. This can be used on a 556, 556xi, or 552 in conjunction with the "PSB Buffer Tube Adaptive Kit", P/N: ADAPTER-PSB-1913-BLK.

Where's the Beef ?

I needed / wanted a really strong and durable folder to incorporate a buffer tube . This is a very high quality steel part , fit and finish is superb . Locked in the open position it stays there , giving the feeling of confidence ! This with the "Strong Arm" brace and mounted to a PC Charger the LOP comes in at 13 3/8 ". Glad the research paid off for me . If you're into buffer tube mounting on the 1913 rail this is what is going to work well ! MAGA , stay thirsty my friends !

This adapter is so much better than the original stock. Still side folds and gives u the versatility of choosing a stock or brace u like
