Weldless, 3D-Printed Construction

B&T builds its current-generation suppressors by laser bed fusion rather than welding a baffle stack into a tube. A weldless can has no weld seams to crack under sustained fire — the failure point on conventional suppressors under heavy schedules. B&T rates its printed rifle cans as full-auto capable with no barrel length restrictions.

HUB Compatibility

The Rotex-SF HUB adapter is the practical headline. Because it uses the industry-standard 1.375x24 TPI HUB interface, you are not locked into one mounting ecosystem — the suppressor will run on HUB-compatible mounts and adapters from across the market, and you can move it between hosts without buying a dedicated mount for each rifle.

B&T Suppressor Warranty

B&T states: "If your suppressor becomes non-functional or damaged during non-negligent use, we will be replacing your suppressor free of charge." If your model is no longer in production, B&T offers an upgrade to the appropriate generation equivalent. Note that use of a 0-twist rifled barrel voids the B&T suppressor warranty, as do handloaded or incorrect-caliber ammunition, bore obstructions, and unauthorized repair attempts.
