The pistol is striker-fired with SIG's curved trigger. Sights are XRAY3 day/night. The slide is cut for a compact red dot (ROMEO-X Compact / Shield RMSc-class footprint on the P-suffix guns). An ambidextrous manual safety blocks the sear when it is up; you can still run the slide with the safety on. SIG lists the P365 at 5.8 inches long, 4.3 inches tall, about 1.1 inches wide with the safety, 17.8 ounces with a magazine, and a 4.9-inch sight radius.
