Terrible customer service

Ordered a parts kit and this firing pin for my P220. Shipped and arrived fairly quickly. Opened up the box and no firing pin. Contacted customer service and asked if they can send me a firing pin, their only response was “both item shipped.” Basically unwillingly to help. Will never do business with this place ever again!!!
