The X grip shell fits my hand.

The X Grip shell changed the way the 320 fits in my hands. I like it much more natural for me.
Awesome upgrade even for smaller hands

All small hand jokes aside, this grip is an awesome upgrade for me and my P320 RX Compact. I've tried several other grips: Stock Compact (Medium) that came with gun, Stock Compact (Small) which was a little better, Wilson Combat Compact (which is completely awesome, too) and now the X-Carry (medium). I would have stayed with the WC if I hadn't wanted to add some additional weight with a grip weight (an option but unavailable from WC as of this writing) and mag well. I think the final 'evolution' for me will be this X-Carry with weight and magwell (all purchased from OSG). Completely changes the feel in the hand, helps me control recoil and worth the money.

Excellent Upgrade for my P320 FDE Compact

Genuine Sig Upgrade! I purchased this to upgrade my P320 FDE Compact to a 2-tone "X Carry" model, with a VTAC look. Also purchased 3 17-round mags & 2 21-round mags. This took my my 15-round compact model to a 17/21-round model. Easy swap of the FCU, fit was perfect. My only gripe I had with this was the molding under the beaver tail. The molding wasn't a perfect smooth finish and it had a seam that would wear the skin raw between your thumb and index finger. Planning ahead for the range, I took some ultra-fine wet/dry sandpaper to it. Now, it's better than it ever was, silky smooth!

This grip fits my hand just right. I purchased a P320 a year after the US Army selected the M16 as their side arm. Good enough for the army is good enough for me. When Sig released the X-Series I purchased an X-Carry. I was sorry that I didn't wait. I prefer the X-Series grip to the standard P320. The P320 has a nice palm swell. The X-Seires grip does not but it fits my hand better. It's a matter of personal taste. I purchased the X-Series grip for my first P320. Now my EDC has the same grip and comfort as my target pistol the X-Carry.

Love this grip! Great grip angle, combined with Talon Grip provides much better ergonomics. Better grip, better control of pistol, more natural point of aim.
