If you have an issue after installation where the safety lever will not rotate, it may be that the detent pin needs to be rotated 90 degrees (inside the channel it sits in on the lever). The tip of the detent pin has a contour where it has flats and the flat sides need to ride against the contour of the frame. If it is turned 90 degrees opposite, the sharper end will prevent proper rotation of the safety lever. We will attempt to post some photos in the near future to better illustrate this.

It's Osage, more than the part, that impressed me.

You know that small gun part that you swear will never get lost in the nether regions of your shop because you are taking it off very carefully, over a powerful magnet, just to make sure?... Only to find it never to be found again anyway? Well, yeah. That happened with this tiny safety lever. Thankfully, I had Osage County Guns to lean on.
