This is NexBelt's first USA-made belt, and it is built from Crazy Horse water buffalo leather — full-grain, wax-infused, and 5mm thick (5.7mm around the track area). Crazy Horse is the leather that gets better looking as it gets beaten up: the wax finish means scratches and scuffs burnish in rather than scarring, so the belt develops a patina instead of just wearing out. Real Leather, Modern Adjustment

What makes this belt unusual is that it is a genuine full-grain leather belt with no holes in it. NexBelt sews a ratchet track into the back of the strap, so you adjust in quarter-inch increments with a push-button aluminum buckle — and the leather face stays clean and uninterrupted. You get the look and feel of a proper leather belt with adjustment finer than any hole pattern can offer.

5mm of Full-Grain, Reinforced

At 5mm thick, this is substantially heavier than a typical dress belt, and that thickness is what lets it carry a holstered pistol without folding over. NexBelt describes it as "rugged full-grain leather with a reinforced core." Full-grain is the top layer of the hide with the grain intact — the strongest, longest-wearing leather there is, and the only kind that develops real patina.

NexBelt's published guidance:

• Wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth.
• If the belt gets wet, wipe it dry immediately and let it air dry at room temperature.
• Never use direct heat — no hairdryers, no radiators.
• Light scratches blend out with finger pressure — that's the Crazy Horse finish doing its job.
• Condition occasionally with a neutral leather balm.

How to Size and Cut It

Leather belts fit up to a 45" waist. Start with your pant size and add 4 inches for gun-belt carry. Turn the belt over, find your pant size on the printed scale, add the recommended inches, and cut along the dotted line. Trim conservatively — you can take more off, but you cannot put it back.
