I ordered the p220 22lr conversion at 1152 am 1/23/13. It left the store at 329 pm same day. My mailman knocked on my door with package at 1130 1/26/13. (had to sign for the package.) I am amazed. Stunned is more like it. I would give the guys and gals at Osage 20 stars if I could. I buy a lot of guns and ammo online and these guys are the best I have ever dealt with. As far as the conversion kit goes, I am thrilled with it. Overjoyed! It does exactly what it is supposed to do. The ammo that is supposed to ftf etc (winchester blunt nose) worked flawlessly. When the very first round failed to feed, I thought "oh boy, here we go!" but I had failed to oil the gun. (partly because my grandkids were rushing around getting targets and telling me to hurry up, and partly because I was so excited to shoot my Sig quietly, and cheaply.) After a few squirts on the rails, and barrel, the winchesters (100 rds), and thunderbolts (100 rds) worked perfectly. I also have a bucket of old bullets that was in my dad's gun stuff that are 30 to 60 years old. I grabbed a handful of those just to see what they would do. I pulled out all stops because the gun was taking it all in stride. You would expect bullets purchased between 1950 and 1980 to perform poorly. They do in my rifles. So, since this conversion kit was performing so well, I loaded some up just to see, and out of 75 shots, only 2 of those failed to eject (low pops), just like they do in my rifle, so I wasn't surprised. All fed. I have a feeling that this conversion kit will shoot any round I throw at it. Clean out the desk and night stand. Clean out all your loose bullets and see if they will work. My mix and match rounds are working like 40 and 50 year old ammo is expected to work. The sights are adjustable. It was shooting low and a few clicks on the rear sight and my grand daughter and grandson were in the black. She is 10. He is 8. I am extremely pleased with everything about this kit. I can now shoot my P220 for pennies. If I had it to do over, I think I would get the threaded barrel kit. It was $90 more, but I think I would like the option to screw stuff on the end of the barrel. In case you are wondering, the slide doesn't lock back on the last shot just like the literature says, and the magazine is so light that it doesn't fall to the ground when released, and it only holds 10 rounds. But these are small things that I can fix. There are upgrades on the internet that fix most of what I want to change. I am hyper critical about what I like about guns, ammo and dealers, and I am giddy about this product and the guys I bought it from. Do yourself a favor and convert your sig to a 22. If you like to shoot and shoot for 4 cents a pop, then this is a great way to do just that. If you want impeccable service, buy from these guys. Review by Al (Posted on 5/22/2015)
