The good, the bad...the capacity!
Quality're thinking about the P365. It is an amazing firearm. Max of 13+ rounds in a very small package.

However, you can't beat physics (most of the time). However, in terms of capacity, Sig has definitely re-defined things here. So the reality is, you're thinking of the P365 or a G43...or thinking of giving up your G43.

From a tactical can't argue...11 or 13 is better then 7! However, I have a +2 on my G43, so now we're talking about 9! So a g43 with 8+1 VS P365's 10+1. In terms of capacity, Sig still wins!

In terms of size, well, if SMALL is the standard, Sig Wins (over the +2 G43).

Shot quality I definitely like the G43. Is it night and day? NO. Is it noticeable? YES.

Also, you better get some sort of speed loader for the P365. The mag is almost impossible to get 10+1 in. That's the draw back to be debunking physics I guess. If you don't have either...I'd say go right for the P365. If you're leaving the G43...I'd think about the +2 option. If I need two more rounds, things have gone seriously awry.

Don't get me wrong, I love what Sig has done here. It will push the industry as it should be! If my G43 was the same size as the p365, or it's size now without the +2 and was say...8+1...I would never have purchased this firearm. Cmon Boys in Australia.

As far as Osage County Goes...FANTASTIC. Very competitive price, firearm left an hour after I place the order, showed up half way around the country two days later. Can NOT beat that! Can't imagine how much more you could possibly save to make it any more worth it then that!

Good so far
Order process was fairly easy. Sent the FFL and the next day gun shipped. Notifications were great, and I knew I received it before the gun store knew to call me.

The Sig was fine. Haven’t noticed any issues with it. October 2018 build date, so hopefully all recalls dealt with. So far so good. Would buy again. Price was amongst the lowest and free shipping helped.

X-ray 3 Sights could be better, returned to factory for repair
Great price for hard to find deal. Purchased through Osage and delivered promptly. Shipping took about 1 day longer than anticipated due to linking FFL. Everything received was clean, new and as expected from Osage. There is nothing Osage could do to improve service. However, the sights on the P365 I received (manufactured October 2018) were dull, dark and difficult to pick up in broad day light. The tritium was still visible at night, but the front sight itself was very difficult to pick up. Returned to Sig for replacement. Will try and update once new sights installed and received. Slightly disappointed that I have to ship it back already. C'mon Sig. C'mon. Review by Rocco (Posted on 11/12/2018)

Do you have any information as to when the Sig P365 with manual safety will be available? Also, is there any plans to manufacture the P365 with a decocking lever?

We have not heard anything official from Sig Sauer regarding a P365 model with manual safety. We have heard rumors about one coming in 2019 but don't believe there is any official messaging from Sig Sauer yet to support that. One account we read from a customer said he asked Sig's customer service and he was told one is coming in 2019.

Regarding a P365 with decocker, I'm not aware of anything on that front either. I'm assuming it would be have to be a DA/SA with a hammer.

Sig was rumored to be coming out with a P365 with a thumb safety in the first quarter of 2019. Are they producing them? Do you have any in stock? How much if you do? If you do not have any now please notify me if they come in. Let me know if they are in production. Thank you.

We believe the P365 with thumb safety will be released sometime around the NRA show. We should see quite a few once they start shipping. As of this response, they are not yet shipping. We will post updates on our Facebook page and Instagram page once they start shipping.
